RETURNS POLICY
At Nina Jacob, all jewellery packs are sold as final sale. Due to hygiene standards and the nature of bundle-style packs, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, including on earrings, mixed packs or any items contained within a pack.
This applies to all jewellery packs purchased via our website or via TikTok.
Due to hygiene standards Nina Jacob is unable to accept any returns on earrings.
All jewellery packs are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
This policy is in place because:
• Packs contain earrings and/or items that meet hygiene restrictions
• Packs are pre-curated and cannot be returned individually or partially
• We cannot restock or resell opened or handled jewellery
Please choose carefully before purchasing.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged during transit, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at service@ninajacob.com.au with:
• Order number
• Photos and/or video of the issue
• Your full name and contact number
If your item is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund according to Australian Consumer Law.
This does not apply to general wear and tear, tarnishing, or damage caused by misuse.
