RETURNS POLICY

if your return meets the returns policy as set by Nina Jacob, you may return your item.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items within 10 days from the date of shipment. Items that are returned outside this period will not be accepted for a return.

Items must be in their original condition and must not have been worn, altered or damaged. All tags must remain in place.

*Earrings are not available for returns due to hygiene standards..

GIFT VOUCHERS AND CREDIT NOTES

Gift Vouchers may not be returned and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Gift Vouchers purchased from ninajacob.com.au are valid for online use only via ninajacob.com.au

JEWELLERY NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS

Due to hygiene standards Nina Jacob is unable to accept any returns on earrings.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS PROCESS

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below.

  1. email service@ninajacob.com.au outlining your reason for return, include your order number, full name and contact number.
  2. if your item is eligible for a return, you will be provided with return details.

Once your item has returned to the warehouse, checkers will assess your return to ensure it meets the returns standards as set by Nina Jacob.

POSTING YOUR ORDER FOR A RETURN WHEN ELIGIBLE

when returning your order via mail, please ensure you include the following:

  1. your completed returns form (ensure that you record your RA number on the RA form)
  2. your sales invoice which was sent with your delivery, you would have also been sent an emailed version of this invoice with your delivery.
  3. your ordered returning items, ensure all labels have not been removed, torn or altered in any way, and returned in the same condition as it was delivered to you, including all packaging.
  4. package your item as you received it, to prevent any damage during transit.
  5. once addressed correctly, return your parcel to an Australia Post store within the accepted time frame, returned orders must be received within 10 days to be eligible for a full refund where applicable.

*Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

Nina Jacob cannot be held liable for the loss of your parcel during return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and making a record of your tracking number.

RETURN PROCESSING LEAD TIME

Once the returned item/s have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive a notification that your new item has been posted out to you (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at purchase price paid directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund or exchange once processed.

We do not refund your return shipping expenses for items returned.

*All returned items must be reviewed to ensure they meet all of the returns requirements as set by Nina Jacob.

SUCCESSFUL RETURN:

If the item is eligible for a return, you will be notified via email, and provided with either an exchange of item, a store credit or refund. Depending on what was specified on your returns form, unless any other circumstances are to be considered by Nina Jacob.

Please allow up to 5 business day for your return to be processed, if you are receiving a refund please allow an additional 2-3 days for bank clearance of your refund.

NON-SUCCESSFUL RETURN:

If your item is not eligible for a return, you will be notified via email, and provided with an option to have your item posted back to you, please note that Nina Jacob will not be responsible for the shipping costs to return your original order back to you.
