SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

We currently ship to all cities within Australia.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

In the unlikely event of an incomplete nominated delivery address, we will contact you via email to clarify the address details. This may cause a delay to the processing of your item.

All orders received during business hours, between Monday to Friday are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

All orders placed outside of these hours will be prioritised for the next batch of deliveries on the following business day.

METROPOLITAN DELIVERIES:

Please allow a lead time of up to 1-2 business days from the date of shipment. 

REGIONAL DELIVERIES:

Please allow an additional lead time of up to 4 days from the date of shipment.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

You will receive an emailed confirmation of your order, to the nominated email. if you do not receive this email, please notify the office at service@ninajacob.com.au

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Your item will be express shipped with Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number for your parcel via email, once your item has been dispatched. You may track your item for the delivery status via the link emailed to you.

All deliveries must be signed for, if you’re not available to sign for your delivery, your parcel will be redirected to your nearest post office for collection. Please refer to Australia Post, to determine their holding parcel time-frame.

*please note that once your parcel is with Australia Post delivery and or office, we are unable to liaise with Australia Post, as we do not have access to their systems.

PRE ORDER

If you would like to secure new stock that has not yet arrived, you may purchase items available for pre-order.

You will be required to pay upfront for the total order, when your item arrives and is ready to dispatch we will post your item via the Nina Jacob standard Processing and Delivery Lead Times.

MODIFY YOUR ORDER PRIOR TO SHIPPING

If for any reason you require changes made to your order, an error in sizing or nominating an incorrect address, please contact the office via service@ninajacob.com.au. Please ensure your email outlines the following:

  1. your order number.
  2. your full Name
  3. your nominated delivery address at time of order, and a newly appointed address if there is one.
  4. details of what your request is.

if your item has not been dispatched and we are able to make the necessary changes we will do so, if your order has been processed and we are unable to make the changes required, Nina Jacob will be unable to accept responsibility.
