We currently ship to all cities within Australia. international shipping is not available.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

In the unlikely event of an incomplete nominated delivery address, we will contact you via email to clarify the address details. This may cause a delay to the processing of your order.

All orders received during business hours, between Monday to Friday are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. 

METROPOLITAN AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES:

Please allow a lead time of up to 1-2 business days from the date of shipment. 

REGIONAL AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES:

Please allow an additional lead time of up to 4 days from the date of shipment. 

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

You will receive an emailed confirmation of your order, to the nominated email. if you do not receive this email, please notify the office at service@ninajacob.com.au

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Your item will be shipped with Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number for your parcel via email, once your item has been dispatched. You may track your item for the delivery status via the link emailed to you.

*please note that once your parcel is with Australia Post delivery and or office, we are unable to liaise with Australia Post, as we do not have access to their systems.
