SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

We currently ship to all cities within Australia and to a number of international countries.

INTERNATIONAL COVERED SHIPPING ZONES

Bahrain, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, Armenia, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Monaco, Serbia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, New Zealand (16 of 17 regions), Canada, United States.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

In the unlikely event of an incomplete nominated delivery address, we will contact you via email to clarify the address details. This may cause a delay to the processing of your item.

All orders received during business hours, between Monday to Friday are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

All orders placed outside of these hours will be prioritised for the next batch of deliveries on the following business day.

METROPOLITAN AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES:

Please allow a lead time of up to 1-2 business days from the date of shipment. 

REGIONAL AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES:

Please allow an additional lead time of up to 4 days from the date of shipment.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

You will receive an emailed confirmation of your order, to the nominated email. if you do not receive this email, please notify the office at service@ninajacob.com.au

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Your item will be shipped with Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number for your parcel via email, once your item has been dispatched. You may track your item for the delivery status via the link emailed to you.

All deliveries must be signed for, if you’re not available to sign for your delivery, your parcel will be redirected to your nearest post office for collection. Please refer to Australia Post, to determine their holding parcel time-frame.

*please note that once your parcel is with Australia Post delivery and or office, we are unable to liaise with Australia Post, as we do not have access to their systems.
